Social Impact Management Plan
IBF engages with businesses systematically to apply methods to ensure investments are directed to those areas that have the greatest potential to benefit the future of communities and the environment in a sustainable manner. In doing so, we conduct social and sustainability impact management plans and risk assessments as tools of evaluation that can be readily applied following jurisdictional legislation and IFC international standards. In alignment with the Australian State Government legislation, Dr. Isabel B. Franco, IBF’s Director was recently commissioned to deliver the Social Impact Impact Management Plan for the 30 Billion Solar Project AAPowerLink, Sun Cable Project. The Project is the world’s largest solar farm and battery storage facility in the Northern Territory, with a 5,000 km transmission system, to supply Darwin, Singapore and Asian markets with reliable and competitively priced renewable electricity.

Community and Stakeholder Engagement Technical Study
A greater awareness of long-term economic, social, and environmental performance helps businesses to address the needs of future investors and stakeholders. The current trend in the sustainable business ecosystem indicates that many companies have moved their focus away from short-term profit toward long-term sustainable growth. In so doing, businesses require better community and stakeholder engagement techniques to deliver sustainable outcomes that benefit communities and the environment businesses operate within. Dr. Isabel B. Franco IBF’s Director delivered the community and stakeholder engagement technical study, as a constituent component of the AAPowerLink, Suncable’s Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
