Energy Transition in Australia and Latin America

IBF’s next Masterclass/networking event, features Dr. Isabel B. Franco, Executive Director at IBF International Institute for Better Futures. As the current energy crisis upends communities, markets and the environment, Dr. Franco will be sharing best practices on energy transition across regions (Australia and Latin America).  The topic she will cover is sustainability Risk Assessment, Management and Social Licence in Large-Scale Energy Projects: Lessons Learned and Best Practice.

Dr Franco is the creator and Executive Director of IBF where she oversees the IBF International Institute for Better Futures’ support to up to 25 countries on corporate sustainability, responsible business, risk assessment, climate change and sustainable development.

Dr Franco is the Lead Editor and Author of the Book ‘Corporate Approaches to Sustainable Development: International Experiences and Insights. Her work has been presented and actioned by the United Nations Asia-Pacific Forum on Sustainable Development, the OECD Forum on Responsible Business Forum, the United Nations High-Level Political Forum, the United Nations University Global Conference on Regional Centres of Expertise for Education for Sustainable Development, to name a few.
